I’m renewing my commitment to weight loss!

I’ve been off and on MFP for years and had prior success with it. I tried WW a few years ago but recently I felt that it was too restrictive and was messing with my attitude about food. I’ve gained 30lbs over the last decade - eating too much junk to deal with life’s stressors; I’m turning 50 this summer and I know I’m becoming a fat lady at 185 and 5’9”. I’m terrified of diabetes, etc. so time to get serious! My goal is to be between 150 and 165 next June for my daughter’s high school graduation. I want to look good in those pictures! But I want to take it nice and slow/steady to give my skin time to adjust. Hoping the community here can inspire me and keep me motivated!
