Has anyone tried the homemade coffee hack?

Most of these hacks are a scam and don't give you any info without a paid subscription. I am Diabetic type 2 and I found one that gave a simple recipe and I am finding I have more energy and daily sugar checks are lower. Anyone else out there tried them?

What coffee hack do you mean, specifically? The term is new to me, and on the web I see various things described as a coffee hack for diabetics. Is it the collagen and fiber one?1 -
My homemade coffee hack is to grind the beans and add to filter/ use a pour over - one cup at a time! Add cream and sugar- no sugar if you're diabetic!1

My coffee hack is to put the powder, from an Arabic shop into a small metal pot, add water, put on stove top, cook, let the powder sink, fill into an old yogurt glass, drink.1

It's that YouTube one, right?
I mean....
Caffeine is gonna give you energy. I personally use my energy drug with milk and homemade chocolate syrup and a little cinnamon.
I don't ever listen/watch any YouTube ad for long enough to hear the message. Tell us what's in it?0 -

Coffee doesn't have any sugar but miraculously this hack reduced your daily sugar intake, that's, sensational. Rib eye's will have a similar effect but have quality protein and fat, skip the coffee and have a ribeye, I say. j/k.2

WHICH YouTube one???
Ooo! Chocolate syrup and cinnamon!
I'm currently finishing up some iced coffee that's half Starbucks caramel, half Teeccino almond amaretto (herbal coffee substitute,) plus sugar, half & half, and milk.
I might try the chocolate syrup and cinnamon coffee in a protein smoothie...0 -

Oh, it's an ad that plays during other videos, and it's a lady who says she finally was able to lose weight after using this, "Coffee Hack."
That's all I know, it comes up pretty frequently. I'll let someone else watch it and tell me what it is about, ANGTFT.
