Medi-Weightloss Journey - Anyone else trying to jumpstart their metabolism?

I'm a 49yo female that has found losing weight has been a major struggle. I want to lose weight to be healthier and to overall feel better inside and out.
Medi weightloss was recommended by my doctor and I'm beginning week 2. So far learning how to eat healthier and how to read labels has been helping me tons. I'm not doing the injection, but I am taking the appetite suppressant Phendimetrazine.
Navigating through this journey at times is a struggle, is anyone else going through the same?

I used to take Phen/Fen (Phentermine/Fenfluramine,) subsequently developed heart palpitations, and want to make sure you are an informed consumer of Phendimetrazine.

How long did your doctor say you'd be taking this? It's only supposed to be used for a few weeks, after which time it is less effective, you develop tolerance, and can become dependent.

Jumpstarting your metabolism is just becoming more active. Taking something for it generally is something that speeds you up a bit and causes you to move around more.
