Good afternoon. New on this platform. I was not happy with the default selections for my baseline activity and was wondering if I am missing something. I would love for the app to connect with Apple Fitness so it can take into consideration all the runs I’ve logged. Is this possible?

I am not sure what you mean by "baseline activity". I assuming you are referring to your activity level. On MFP activity level would be your normal daily activity not including exercise. Exercise calories would be added to your daily calorie goal.
As for connecting Apple Fitness, I can't answer that as I am an Android person. I am assuming that you can, and it would be in the section for connecting apps.0
