From cutting to Bulking how?

Hi, there folks. I've been cutting for almost 8 Months straight now and have lost since then around 20 kg weight. So i think i'm lean enough to start bulking
But how should i transit from cutting to bulking i heard that when cutting for a long period of time the metabolism slows down and when eating more the body stores the fat quicker, i think it's called yo-yo or something

So i thought starting slow like currently i'm eating around 2100 kcal and when starting to bulk i want to eat around 200 kcal more each week

So week 1: Starting with 2100 kcal
Week 2: 2200-2300 kcal
Week 3: 2400-2500 kcal
Week 4: 2600-2700 kcal and so on till i'm in the surplus and gain weight.

Or should i do it slower, like adding max 100 kcal a week and wait till my body adjust to before adding more kcal.

Regards

What you're proposing sounds good. I'd suggest start off with 150-200 increments for a few weeks, then as you get closer to your assumed bulking calories, which is hopefully just 100-200 above maintenance in your case, slow it down to adding 100. At that point, track your weight gain and how your pants and belt fit, and adjust accordingly.

Check out Dr. Mike's vid on it here.
