Hello time to make changes

Well just started on my lifestyle change, joined a gym and training collective as I’ve found trying to get motivated to train by myself is not working. I’m Ex military so loved that collective “let’s all Push each other, have each others backs” works better for me. I was advised to get the MFP app and track food etc so here I am, looking forward to seeing changes in my body again and bloods (pre-diabetic) and hearing your tips and experiences.
