Adding in meditation

While I understand that meditation and deliberate breathing exercises aren’t necessarily identified as activities that help lose weight, one could argue that there’s significant upside in logging here anyway. I don’t like to jump around health apps and this is my preferred notebook for my health. I bet I am not the only one to think this but mental health is just as important as physical. I would be interested in comparing periods of reduced or increased weight with the same data around my relaxation goals.

You can create custom exercises, you could create one for meditation and enter 1 kcal as the calories burned, just to track it in your diary.

I’ve been adding short morning meditations alongside journaling, and it really helps with staying focused through the day. Sometimes if I’m feeling stuck or just want a different perspective, I’ll visit www.trusted-psychics.co.uk for something a bit more spiritual—kind of like combining mindfulness with a deeper check-in. It’s been grounding for me, especially during stressful weeks.

I can see how this type of visual and tracking would be helpful to review your overall health and wellness goals. I've passed this along to our team to think more about!
