Ziggy wants to lose weight and make some MFP friends!

Hi to all the 'fitness pals' out there,
My name is Ziggy I'm looking for some PALS to support me and be supported,
I'm 25 in a few days and I've just about had enough of the weight that I've put on in the last 2 years!!
I've been living and working in China for the last 3 years. There is just too much delicious food here lol, most of it being fried, fried or fried. I eat the same as most regular Chinese people yet they are so damn skinny in general! lucky them with their fast metabolism
Now, before i went there i weighed 69KG ( im 180cm tall) some considered me a bit skinny but I considered my self slim but healthy range body type. 2 weeks ago i was at 85KG! its a little hard to believe as i dont feel that big at all and my clothes size hasnt change much at all but i can notice the extra fat attached to my body
So I've began my journey to a slim and health body
I'm very confident of my ability to do this, im 'kind of' knowledgable when it comes to dieting and excercise as long as i have control i can do this!!
P.s i should also add that another reason why i put on so much weight is that i had a knee injury while playing soccer which limited my activities for a long time and in that time i wasnt able to eat too healthy....
