Hey I'm new here. I wonder how can I actually enter the workout I have done so the app can calculate the calories I burnt?

Scroll all the way to the bottom of your diary and click "Add Exercise"
I picked Strength in this example.
You'll get a page like this. Enter in an exercise off the list or create a new one.

That doesn't give you calories for strength training.
For calories, you need to look under Cardiovascular and then use Strength training (weight lifting, weight training) for the duration of your session (including breaks).0
