How do I stop obsessing over losing weight?

I track what I eat, workout daily, and am always looking up resources on how to lose weight. Although I feel I look better my measurements havent really changed nor the scale. How can I make this part of my life instead of my whole life?

Don’t obsess over it. Start there.
Approach it in a more pragmatic way. You KNOW what you need to do so do it. Too many people research diets, track calories, watch you tube exercise videos and don’t follow through into their own situation with those things.0 -
What else are you passionate about? May need a new hobby! Get some sort of competing interest.2

Also, try to do something others-focused. When I get all consumed by my body and eating, I have slipped into a very self centered season. Volunteer somewhere to move your mind onto others and their needs.4
