How do I connect my apple watch 'Health' app and step counts to My fitnesspal.? Please help?

Sync your Apple Watch to MFP by using your iPhone.
Go to the health app:
Click your profile pic in top right corner
Select Privacy
Choose MFP
Select share all or choose individual items you do/don’t wish to share with MFP
If you have a Bluetooth scale, set it up to sync with MFP the same way as you set your watch up. I got an inexpensive Renpho scale off Amazon. It’s reliable and always syncs properly, although the Renpho app has to be open when you weigh in to do so.

PS: you may occasionally be asked if you want to activate Apple Watch Adjustment.
Unless you’re doing multiple workouts a day, or walking 20,000 steps a day or more, I wouldn’t bother.
It’s a calorie adjustment for accuracy for people who chose “highly active” as their activity level in setup.
