Following insanity workout but not dieting

I'm 126 pounds and fairly skinny, just trying to lose some belly fat and replace with some abs. I have not been dieting but I also have not been eating like an unhealthy beast. I'm not on a strict diet and I eat whenever I'm hungry. I had oatmeal and a tuna sandwich today.. Also had special K cereal and a fiber 1 90 calorie brownie (sooo good!). That should give you an idea of my diet I guess. I like eating subway sandwiches with turkey and light mayo.
Anyways, has anyone here done insanity, finished it without diet, and got some good results? PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
I just hate limiting myself to eating this amount at this time and this particular food. It makes me feel... Unpleasant.

I'm on day 38 of Insanity, and I haven't been dieting either. I still eat burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc..I just eat it all in moderation and make sure it fits into my calorie budget for the day. That being said, I've lost 7.5lbs and 7.5 inches in the first month alone. I posted a before and after pic somewhere on here..
But yes, it's possible to get results from this program without dieting. Some people may disagree, but it's been workin for me.
As far as YOUR diet goes, I didn't look at your diary, but I hope you're eating more than that in a day. Insanity is a high impact program and you need to fuel your body. I eat around 1800 to 2000 cals per day, and I've still been losing.
Best of luck!0 -
I did the Insanity program a few years ago and did not follow the insanity diet. I made sure to stay under my calorie limit that MFP set for me (and usually ate back around half of my exercise calories) and I lost almost 10 pounds during the first month alone. I also noticed that I lost inches as well, although I don't know how many to be exact because I didn't measure. But to answer your question: Yes, you can lose inches if you follow the program even if you don't stick to the insanity diet exactly how it's lined out in the program.0

If this is your "diet" while doing Insanity, your going to probably need to eat more or you won't be seeing abs.. you may lose weight and inches but you won't see any definition from it.
Your at a pretty low weight where if you want definition you might benefit more from doing weights than cardio.. but if you do Insanity, your not going to want to restrict your calories by a ton if you want to keep your LBM you have now.0 -

How much food should I eat? I normally don't eat a whole lot. I'm not a very hungry person.0
