Adding "Steps"

Just joined MFP a couple of days ago (abruptly left the nightmare that is Google/Fitbit now) & am enjoying (somewhat) figuring things out here.
I do not own a Smartphone, thus will not be syncing my new non-Fitbit device here, but was wondering what the best way would be to manually add my daily "steps" to "Exercise", since there's no "Steps" under "Exercise". Right now I'm guessing that converting my "steps" to walking mileage at the end of the day (there are several websites to do that) would probably be best.

You can also include the steps in your activity level. Some clever people here have worked out how many steps account for sedentary to very active. I don't have those numbers in my head but I think it's something like 3000 to 10000 or 20000. I'm sure someone will chime in soon.0
