Hi everyone! I'm Becky from the US. I know myfitnesspal works because after trying unsuccessfully for YEARS, with the help of myfitnesspal, I lost 50 pounds!! Was so proud of myself. Needless to say, my doctor was thrilled. But then I stopped using myfitnesspal and to no one's surprise, I gained weight. Fortunately, I've only gained back 28 pounds. So here we go again...
