I've been on and off here like a yoyo and not been fully in tbh with my nutrition and been eating *kitten* . And with the news feed gone on here witch is *kitten* MFP by the way and having to to be premium just to use the scanner is shocking I do t think its worth being premium member . Anyway am back on here to curb my *kitten* eating habbits and get into home work outs am 15st now and want to get to 12/13 but drop bodyfat% more and time up and get stronger
