The old app had a bar code that quickly recorded all nutrients and ingredients. The old version had the bar code and you had to pay premium to get it. Well I updated, still no barcode.

We haven't announced any plans to retire the barcode scanner. If you're not seeing it in app, please reach out to our customer happiness team for assistance.

My app still has a barcode scanner. As far as I know, I have the latest version (android).

I updated 2 minutes ago. Still looks the same to me 🤷♀️ MFP has a funny way of implementing updates, not for everyone at once, but removing the barcode scanner seems strange - it's one of the main selling points for premium. And it's not even mentioned in the news and announcements part of the help pages (unlike the removal of the newsfeed which was stealthily announced there).0

Honestly, I think it's bs that we used to be able to use the bar code scan for free and now we have to pay $20/month if we want to use it. They keep changing this app. It makes me think of uninstall ingredients it and finding a new one.0
