Hi I have been struggling with weight loss since hammy children. I go on diets and try to workout with no avail. So here I am 52 health issues and over weight. I have a awesome husband who is my support system but gets mad when I eat everything in one day. So here I am trying once again together healthy. I just need more support than just him.

Welcome! Sounds like eating "everything in one day" may be a significant behavior to address.
Here's an exercise to do- write down ALL the reasons you choose to eat.
Reasons like: To stay alive, boredom, the joy of taste, everyone else is eating right now, etc...
Write down as many real reasons as you can. I guarantee there are some reasons on the list that you should give up.
If any of your health issues make exercise hard to do (as far as mobility) you need extra discipline with the diet.
Oh- lastly, before you even start changing your eating, log EVERYTHING you eat on MyFitnessPal. After one week, review all the eating. It may surprise you. Most of us cant remember what we ate a couple days ago. It really gives you perspective.0
