I've lost weight with MFP before and I've rejoined to lose around 8lbs. I'm currently 11st 8lbs and my ultimate goal is to get down to a leaner 11st.
I've been working out from home with dumbbells and a chin up bar for around 3 weeks, following a long break from the gym. I'm a yo-yo gym-goer often work out for 6 to 12 weeks each year, if I'm feeling motivated. That motivation has wained over the last few years.
Looking for support and encouragement to help me to each my goals this year :-)
