Trouble Picking A Program

I have a big dream of competing again in a bodybuilding show but I’m having trouble picking a program. I don’t have the money to afford a coach and I don’t feel confident enough to create my own program because I’m way too nit picky.
I’ve found 3 monthly programming online that I’m interested in but can’t decide which to go with.
Option 1 - hypertrophy/glute focused program, typically 4-5 days a week with some functional movements added in (I like this because I’m a mama and sometimes I don’t realize how much those functional movements for daily life/core stuff really are used during the day lol)
Option 2 - purely a hypertrophy/glute focused program, 4 days a week written by a professional bodybuilder, and offers a lot of substitution options which is great because if I can’t make it to the gym, I need to work around it at home.
Only downside with this trainer is that he takes days to respond to form checks in his group forum.
Option 3 - Bret Contreras’ Booty by Bret monthly programming. 3 times a week, with two optional pump days.
Any advice would be great!!
