1/2 cup nonfat Ricotta cheese
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup sugar-free Torani White Chocolate syrup

Blend all ingredients. I use a Magic Bullet blender. It doesn't freeze well in my opinion. You can use whatever kind of fruit and flavored syrup you'd like. Today, I'll be freezing some apples & making it with sugar-free caramel Torani syrup.

Recipe makes 1 large serving.

To make it even lower carb, use only 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries and add 1/2 cup of ice instead.

When I want ice cream...I just eat it. :P Sherbet's the way to go though. Only 100 calories for most 1/2 cup servings. Yum <3

I'll get back to ice cream once I'm in maintenance, but right now I'm in keto, and it's a no-no. THIS is pretty darn close! And it's got some good nutrients in it.
