It doesn’t matter how many calories others are eating. YOU are a unique individual.
Go to the goals page and enter your height, weight, age, goal, activity level, and rate of loss you’d like to achieve.
Don’t go crazy and put a huge amount per week. That’s generally not sustainable. Put in a smaller amount you can actually stick to and create new, permanent habits while doing so.
Question?
Is it better to lose 20 pounds in a month or two, and then the dam breaks and you gain 25 back?
Or, to lose a pound or half pound a week and still have it off a year from now?1
