I am recovering from a toxic cycle of restricting & bingeing. I want to get back to tracking my food WITHOUT being too hard on myself, but still being informed about the health of my choices and knowing how much more I need to fuel during the day to prevent any binges from happening ever again. If anyone has experience overcoming the same experience I would love to connect. <3
