Hi I am looking to add friends or start discussions with those with similar goals.
I am a newer lifter (less than 1 year) but doing progressive overload 4x per week and steady state cardio 5x. With my recomp I am hoping to bias fat loss at the start. I hope to lose 10 pounds.
