I'm Back (Again)

I took a break from MFP back in April to join Noom. I feel like I've gotten all I could from that program and, frankly, it was a great place to be! I'm down 14.8 pounds over the last 3 months and feel great. The psychological lessons I learned from Noom really helped me reframe my unhealthy mindset around diet/exercise and be able to actually accomplish mindful eating!
So I'm back here to lose my last 10 pounds because the food tracking, database, syncing with other apps, and user interface is way better than Noom, and I feel confident I can put my new skills to use here on MFP. I do wish that MFP had a Calorie range vs a single target number, but I won't let that bring me down.
Glad to be back!
