Hello to all!

Hi-My name is Bobby P and my internist just told me I need to lose weight because I'll be 73 y/o and I'm in pre-diabetic condition. I weigh 230 lbs. and want to lose 30. I just joined my fitness pal (MFP) and I'm still trying to figure out the application. If I have trouble establishing the particular exercise routines (calories burned) and suggested food selections/portions with calorie counts for each, does MFP offer customer support for this??

I'm sure the application has this information so I'll spend some time with it today. Looking forward to following this community forum!
