Hello! My name is Kaela. I'm new to this whole thing. I learned to eat all this crappy stuff as a child, now I have to learn to eat healthy! It's a challenge and I'm sure I'm not doing anything right! But I'm trying, and I'm determined to get healthy! Thanks for having me!

Hi. Explore foods that nourish your body, that you enjoy. Start there and add foods to your regular every day foods as you find them.
Like apples or banannas? Like peanut butter? Pair them together for a snack. Add it to your list of regular foods and snackage choices.
Make it an adventure. You got this0 -
Incremental change is ok. Start logging EVERYTHING you eat for a week. Look back at your records at/near the end of the week. (dont beat yourself up about it) Pick out things that you think are most important to remove from your diet, maybe low-quality snacks. Make a plan to replace them with better choices the next week. Think of it as remodeling a house. Do one room at a time.
Meanwhile, explore exercise options that you can stick with. Maybe just regular walks. Put it on your daily/weekly schedule. Dont exercise "when you find time". You'll need to make the time.0
