tea time food

Hi All,

any suggestions on what to make for tea? Trying to find something for the family that is healthy and low in calories andy suggestions?

    My favorite atm

    Grilled turkey and brown rice with olives, feta, cherry toms, spring onions, sugar snap pea, cucumber and coriander mixed into the rice. nomnomnommmm

    Stir fry is one of my faves. Healthy, tasty and so quick to prepare! Perfect when I get home knackered from work!

    One thing I would say with it though is I probably wouldn't add all the water again so the sauce is thicker, but that's personal preference. The tomatoes and courgettes give off a fair amount so the sauce can be too runny

    If you check out the food section on the bbc you'll get loads of ideas and I'm sure you can filter results for special diets
