Starting from scratch

I had this app a while back. Recently I was in hospital for nearly 2 weeks, and when I got out couldn’t do exercise for a long time. I’m essentially starting from scratch, I’ve managed to build myself up to around 10-20% of what I used to be able to do. Feel free to add me or message

    There’s some shocking research about muscle mass lost per day / week in a sedentary hospital setting! Be patient with yourself. A nurse friend told me that’s why it’s essential to request physical therapy for elderly patients immediately. (Just a fun fact — not assuming your age.)
