Exercise won’t sync across from Garmin app

Hi everyone,
I’m new to MFP and yesterday my exercise transferred from Garmin to MFP but today I hasn’t. I’m connected to both and I’ve also disconnected and reconnected to no avail. I can see calories in/out in the Garmin app and plus log to MFP but nothing gets transferred.
Can anybody help?

I'm not sure if this is related but my Fitbit randomly stopped syncing yesterday afternoon. Maybe there is a general issue. Is anybody else experiencing this?

Happened after myfitness pal Apple update. Garmin will no longer such, disconnected both and reconnected but still failed. Rebooted phone and watch and no luck. Still broke
