I’m a track athlete and I need to change how I eat so I'm trying to look for healthier snacks to eat.

General snacks, or workout snacks?
General snacks: Really any food you consider nutritious. I'm assuming that as a track athlete you probably have a reasonably high calorie goal in practice, but if that's not true, maybe stick to the lower calorie options as needed.
Everyone's definition of "healthy" can vary. Some general snacks I eat that I think are healthy are fruits (including no-sugar-added dried fruits), veggies, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, Greek yogurt with frozen berries, hummus, popcorn (not drenched in oil), nuts, seeds, dry-roasted soybeans, crispy chickpeas (or other crispy legumes), . . . .
Workout snacks: I think that might depend on whether your workouts are more of a sprint distance or an endurance, or even one of the jumping/throwing events.1
