counted calories but didnt eat it all

hi i cooked a meal earlier today and counted the calories for it, however i didnt eat it all

if i eat it all tomorrow or another day this week do i need to count the calories again?

i am trying to stick to my daily limit of 1400 but i count my calories weekly as i find it makes me more relaxed and not obsess.

    Whatever works for you. You can look at weekly averages. Just account for it somewhere.

    If you ate half, you can change the serving eaten to 0.5
