starting on weight training

hey guys and girls.. any advice on where to start if I want to start training on weights? How many kilos for which exercises? I'm just looking at toning. Any advice would be appreciated! :flowerforyou:

Check out bodybuilding.com and muscleandstrength.com New Rules of Lifting is a good place to start, too. What weight to use is highly individual. You'll want to learn proper form first, but you'll likely be able to lift more than you think. Once you have form down, don't be afraid of going heavy.0
