Freestyle dancing for exercise at age 64

As a youth, I literally lived to dance and I danced, sang, and listened to music almost continuously. So, it surprised no one when I grew up to become a pianist/composer in later life.
Anyway, I quit dancing in my mid 30's due to the detrimental effects of psychiatric medications and didn't dance for 30 years until recently when at 64, I decided to do it as a form of aerobic exercise to complement my yoga practice.
Over the last week, since I've taken up dancing for 10 to 15 minutes a day, I've already noticed far less exhaustion after walking from my apartment door to the parking lot outside. So, it's working.

Good show! Any added movement can help fitness improve (and burn a few calories besides).
But fun extra movement gets bonus points - because we'll want to do it often (vs. procrastinate with the slightest excuse), and because enjoyment is life-enhancing.
Dancing sounds perfect for you. Congratulations on the improvement!2
