Getting started

Hello there!
I am 22 years old just starting my weight loss journey. I will give my self 7 weeks to see the change in my shape and weight. I will track my weight on a weekly basis every staurday starting from saturday july 27th 2024. I will also mesure my hip and my waist. I am welcoming you to add me as a friend and I will be delighted to have you all as my support group through out my journy.

    Welcome! Good idea to measure size/shape and not just weight, since the scale can lie when water retention or muscle gain compete with fat loss.
