I train 6/7 days and i have 106,1 kgs since 3 days what can i do?

If your weight has stayed the same for 3 days then repeat what you're doing for another month, or another menstrual cycle at least. Fat might be going down, but water weight, poop in your intenstines, clothes, time of weighing all this can mast it. Patience.0
