A week and a half is a short time.
And aside from that we need more info: had you been losing weight before or did you just start your weight loss? What are your stats?
How much are you eating?
How accurate is your tracking. Weighing everything? Checking that the database entries you're using are accurate?
Is your exercise new?0 -
That’s not a plateau! If you were previously losing, carry on. If this is your first week and a half, adjust expectations! Unrealistic expectations are why many people give up and remain overweight.
Follow up question - are you using a digital food scale?1 -

If you go a month with no changes, then you can look at lowering your calories or whether your logging is truly accurate (example — when measuring peanut butter on a Tablespoon it’s way more inaccurate than using a digital food scale).1

I mean this kindly.
Looking at your other posts, you are like a pinball, bouncing from quick fix (vinegar pills) to new idea (“best time to eat”) to panic (this post) and back again.
As a popular radio host says, you’re not getting no any traction by ping-ponging.
Step back. Take a deep breath. Corral all this energy into a single focus.
Quick fix pills or diets are generally either bogus, or, you may los weight quickly, but as soon as you decide you can’t stand celery or whatever, you regain the weight you magically “lost” by beating yourself up for a week.
Concentrate on your calories. Set a firm goal. How can you change your diet to reduce calories? How can you best measure your foods to make sure you’re recording calories accurately? How can you put your calories to work, for you?
Great. Got that under control.
Now that you’ve taken some time and you’re confident about your calories, let focus on exercise. Instead of hurling yourself in to gym and workouts, how you can ease yourself into doing something you enjoy? Build from there?
The whole point is not to abuse worry and fret yourself into quick weight loss. Odds are astronomical you’ll regain that within a year.
Instead, focus on small changes, attainable exercise, new habits you can create and maintain for years to come.
Slow weight loss has a much much higher chance of sticking than the way you’re doing it.
Where do you want to be a year from now? Yet another to-yo dieter, or someone who has successfully lost and kept off 25, 50, or more pounds?7
