What should my daily calorie and macro goal be?

I’m wondering if there is a tool on this app that will calculate how many calories I should be eating in a day and what my macro breakdown should be based on my current weight and weight loss goal. Can someone help me with this?

Go to "Goals" https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/my-goals and answer the questions then set your Goal at, "Lose one pound per week," as it suggests.
The app will set your calories to the amount needed for you to lose one pound per week. If you do purposeful exercise, add that into the "Exercise" part of the site and it will allow you more calories to eat on that day.
That will be a good start point while you learn to log food, etc. Stick with that for 4-6 weeks until you have good trending data and then make small adjustments up or down with your calories if you aren't hitting that one pound loss per week.
