I've been taking apple cider vinegar pills for almost a month know. The first week it did help me loose weight .know I haven't seen no weightloss
Should I not take theme
Is that what causing me not to move same mypounds

    Apple cider vinegar pills do nothing for, or against, weight loss. If you lost weight the first week it was probably part of normal weight fluctuations What you eat food-wise (calories) determines whether you lose or gain in the long term.
