Hii there ,my goal is to lose 25KG weight in 90 days period , but I am 6.3 feet and 113KG ...and I recently shifted on diet calories intake 1500 calories but I do burn 700 calories does I will effect my health as I don't feel empty anyway but I feel weak and it's been 7 days now please can you guide me best possible way to loss the weight .

Best way is SLOWER. Of course you feel weak, you're starving yourself.
Why on earth such a crazy goal of losing 25kg in 90 days. Over 1 year would be sensible.
Muscle loss and other negative health consequences are headed your way if you continue.
If by 'burn 700kcal' you mean exercise, you should be eating at least 2000-2200 kcal (minimum of 1500 per day for men + exercise calories)0
