I wasn't expecting what I got when I stood on the scales today. I'm not happy.
Aiming for a fit fiftieth birthday in just under a year.
Going to have to get used to being hungry as I am ridiculously addicted to food.
New start.
No junk.
Goodbye cheese.
Time to get this under control.

Why give up cheese? It’s nutritious and yummy.
It’s going overboard on cheese (or anything else!) and becoming sedentary as we age that is the root cause of weight gain.
Find your calorie goal and fit some cheese in.
And get over “being hungry”. I lost almost 100 and was never once hungry nor suffered for my loss.
People who diet hard and cut out all the stuff they like are the ones who fail. It’s totally possible to enjoy life and the foods you love while still staying on top of calorie goals!0
