Hi and thank you for the post

I've been a MFP member off and on for 15 years. I just went through my records online after signing up again for the tenth time. In 8 years, I've gained 20 pounds; I'm well over 200 and want to get back into Onder land. I'm hoping to stick to it this time.

I'm trying the Dash Diet and hoping it will be the final try that sticks - it seems more of a lifestyle change that is sustainable. I've been low carb/keto most of my life, but I fall off the wagon here and there. So, I'm hoping to maintain the low carb and work with the Dash.
