Hey y’all! I’m Amber. Just joined. I need to lose weight and get healthy. I also have POTS and due to that my body needs a higher sodium intake than average. Is there anyway to adjust that on the app??

Yes, you can change your goals for any of the nutrients. Exact methods depend on whether you're using the web browser version of MFP, or the phone/tablet app (and it may be even a teensy bit different in Apple vs. Android).
In the app, look for Goals in the More menu, then click Additional Nutrient Goals under the Nutrition Goals heading. Scroll down to Sodium, and edit that.
In web MFP, click Goals in the My Home tab, scroll down to Micronutrients, click Edit there, change the Sodium goal, then click Save Changes.
If that's not clear, tell me here whether you're using the web browser version of MFP or the phone/tablet version, and I'll post screen grabs of how it looks.0
