Here again. Hello

Third time is the charm. Or at least that's how the saying goes.

Been on MFP for awhile but recently has a few health shocks which have made me sit back and think. So I am back with a vengence.

Time to shift the pounds, feel healthy (take the pressure off an injured knee, all healed up after surgery), and generally start feeling good about myself.

UK based. 30s. I'm currently on the elimination diet, 3 days down and going strong.

I try to go to the gym three times a week and I have a border collie (as seen in the profile pic) so I walk an awful lot.

Anyone want to be friends or if anyone has any recipes/tips for the elimination diet, let me know!

    Hahaha I'm well passed the "third time", but same boat! As long as you get back on the wagon, that's what counts, right?
