Hi all! My name is Liz. I’m just reintroducing myself. It’s been a while since I’ve been on this app and I really need support. I turn 50 this month and I had hoped to be in the best shape of my life by this birthday and instead I am at my top weight and stuck (5’1.5” and 170 trying to lose 50 pounds). Any encouragement is welcome.
My plan is to just focus on a caloric deficit, more activity daily (adding on as I can - walking, elliptical, Rebounder, weights/resistance), making my water and protein goals, trying to stick to Whole Foods, cutting out all alcohol the first month, etc).
Looking forward to getting involved again!
