I’ve been seriously using the app most recently as I’ve been gaining weight and the app is user friendly. I’ve been recording meals, using the suggestions, exercising daily and my weight is stuck at 200. What do I need to do to get my metabolism going again. FYI I’m a 53 year old woman in full blown menopause with female organs intact .
