Introduction

Hello, Bruce R. here in Palm Desert, California. I have been using MyFitnessPal for almost 30 days and I like it. I'm not logging 100% of my food, but pretty close. I do love how the app syncs with my Apple watch to add exercise and activities. I'm down 6lbs and my body fat ratio has dropped significantly. Cheers to great health.

    I'm glad you're enjoying the app. I've been a member since March 20 and am 183.5 as of this morning, down from 200. Logging has made all the difference from previous weight loss attempts. I like the accountability.

    Logging all your food will give you better guidance as you drop body fat. As you get closer to your goal weight you'll have to adjust the deficit. Logging makes things more accurate.
