I'm Mike

Hey all,

I'm Mike, 41 years old, living in Texas, and I downloaded this app at the recommendation of a friend who knows of my OCD ways of keeping my own health data, as well as keeping things somewhat precise.

I'm currently at 250lbs, 6'2", and low on exercise. I'm working on a regimen of a 1.5 mile walk on Monday/Wednesday/Friday, getting at least 7 hours of sleep (measured by a CPAP machine), and logging as much of it as I can. My target goal is 180lbs while being more physically active.

I've only recently downloaded the app, so there's not much to share for information, but as I add more, I'm happy to share with others that are doing the same thing.

I'm willing to help others as I learn and I'm always looking for constructive criticism for growth.
