Smart Watch that syncs with iFit (Vault)AND MyFitnessPal succinctly?

My research tells me Garmin smart watches may be the best, but also read conflicting info that Samsung Galaxy smart watches may or may not work/sync with both. Any detailed feedback on this? Thanks for any clear and definitive insights! Trying to avoid a tech-mess.
