Beginner help?

Hi! I'm a bariatric patient and I've kinda hit my plateau of weight loss without including exercises.. I have a kettlebell and just bought one of those weighted hoola hoops so far. I'm trying to find some beginner friendly kettlebell exercises to add in with my 15 min hoop sessions 🙂

Hey, welcome.
Exercise can be fun, too. I mean, it sounds like you have some ideas already but I find that the thing I enjoy the most (and therefore actually DO them) are fun things like outdoor walks/hike/bird watching, stand up (or sit down) paddling, hiking, active volunteering like at the animal shelter or hospital/nursing home. It doesn't have to be alone in your living room. :flowerforyou:0
