Hello ev1, I am new to MFP and was wondering: is there any way to see how much fiber is in the foods?

Sure, in the app you can see the nutritional details of foods you've looked up (before adding to your diary) by opening the food in question, scrolling down and tapping on the little V:
This will open the list of nutritional data.
This list should be open by default when you're looking at foods that are already in your diary.
At the top of the diary, there is also a little pie chart you can tap on to see the nutritional data for the whole day (or the whole week). Fiber should be under the tab Nutrients.0
